Haven Stories is an online subscription service offering professionally narrated bedtime audio stories with original music and sound effects. The Service is provided via streaming only and is accessible through the Scholar’s Haven website (www.scholarshaven.co.in).

By subscribing, creating an account, or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Age Limit and Account Eligibility

2.1. To subscribe to Haven Stories, you must:
a) Be at least 18 years of age; or
b) Have the legal authority and parental/guardian consent to enter into this agreement.

2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Your subscription will be linked to your Google account.

3. The Service

3.1. Haven Stories grants subscribers streaming-only access to:

An initial repository of 10 bedtime stories.
One new story added weekly.

3.2. All stories feature professional voice actors, original lullaby music, and light sound effects.

3.3. The Service is for personal, non-commercial bedtime use only.

3.4. No downloads are permitted. Content may only be streamed via the Scholar’s Haven website during an active subscription.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Yearly Subscription – ₹999 per year.

4.2. Payment Methods: Razorpay (India) and PayPal (International).

4.3. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4.4. Your subscription grants access to the full back catalog for as long as it remains active.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All content, including story scripts, voice performances, and sound effects, is protected under copyright law and owned by Scholar’s Haven.

5.2. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to stream content for personal bedtime use only.

5.3. You may not copy, record, download, share, broadcast, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Circumvent or disable any digital rights management (DRM) or content protection measures.
Share your account or login credentials.
Use the Service for public performance or commercial purposes.
Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity via the Service.

7. Service Availability

7.1. We aim to provide the Service 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7.2. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1. Payments are processed by Razorpay and PayPal.

8.2. The Service is hosted on Wix. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. We may update these Terms at any time.

9.2. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website at least 10 days in advance.

9.3. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

10.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided except as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11.2. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, India.
