Haven Stories – Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions for the Haven Stories service provided by Scholar’s Haven, a sole proprietorship registered in India to John Jerrin Babu.
1. Cancellation of Paid Services
1.1. Subscribers may cancel their Haven Stories subscription at any time by contacting us at scholar.puppets@gmail.com from the email address linked to their account.
1.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription term.

You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of the subscription.
2. Refunds
2.1. Subscription fees for Haven Stories are non-refundable once activated, except in the following cases:

Accidental duplicate charges

Billing errors caused by Scholar’s Haven
2.2. To request a refund under the above conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge, providing all relevant details and proof of payment.
2.3. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Scholar’s Haven and will be issued within 0-7 business days at our discretion.
3. Content Access
3.1. All Haven Stories content is streamed only and cannot be downloaded.
3.2. Access to the full back catalog and newly released stories is available only during an active subscription. Once your subscription ends or is canceled, your access will be revoked.
4. Subscription Renewals
4.1. Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
4.2. If you choose an auto-renewing plan, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.
4.3. Refunds are not provided for renewals if cancellation occurs after the renewal date.
5. Policy Changes
Scholar’s Haven reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
